Swelling Tape

OPS heat shrinkable film coated with special electrolyte resistant acrylic. It is mainly used in the final part of cylindrical power battery cells. After the electrolyte is injected, it expands and contracts to fix the bare cells and the steel case to improve the impact resistance.

Customizable thickness: 44 ~ 54um.

85℃/4h in electrolyte, no residue.

High expansion ratio, thickness expansion ratio up to 300% after injection.
